Program Re-Set: Week I, Day 1

O bother, said Pooh. The Weight Watcher program got lost in the holiday and post holiday shuffle.

No idea what I weigh but it's too much. No WW log sheets handy. No nothing. So I will keep a daily log (until I lose interest)

Breakfast: 2 egg omelet with cheese, cooked in olive oil

Lunch: 100 g tofu, 3/4 c rice, 2 heads baby bok choi, 3 T oil (canola & sesame)

Exercise: up and down the stairs a lot, doing laundry
